Today, we would like to introduce the third member of the "Increase Family" three swordsmen - Superdex 200 Increase chromatography column.
Superdex 200 Increase chromatographic column is pre loaded with a new generation of high flow rate agarose filler similar to Superose 6 Increase. The average particle size has reached an unprecedented 8.6 μ m, but it has higher mechanical strength, which meets the requirements of gel filtration chromatography and molecular exclusion chromatography for stronger column efficiency and higher resolution.
Superdex 200 Increase provides mild separation conditions, specifically designed for semi preparation and high-performance analysis and purification of proteins, DNA fragments, and other small molecules. It can maximize the integrity and activity of proteins, and enhance the results of subsequent protein structure and function research.
Superdex 200 Increase has excellent alkali resistance, greatly reducing the risk of cross contamination during repeated use while extending the lifespan of the column.
The extremely low non-specific adsorption level of Superdex 200 Increase brings higher sample recovery rates, especially suitable for the study of precious samples.
